The Microtia Global Foundation, a not for profit charitable trust, registered in India, is established with the mission to raise awareness and provide support for individuals born with Microtia, a congenital condition where the external ear is underdeveloped or absent and Aural Atresia where absence or underdeveloped ear canals result in hearing loss. 

Founded by Ms. Ravneet and her husband, parents of a bilateral microtia child, the foundation focuses on spreading knowledge, acceptance, and offering resources to help parents navigate the challenges of this condition.

Their journey began with their daughter, Amayra, who, despite her hearing challenges, has shown remarkable progress with the aid of specialized support from medical teams and support groups. The foundation also addresses both hearing and aesthetic concerns related to Microtia, helping families access the right information, treatment options, and emotional support.

The foundation aims to build a global community, offering practical advice, shared experiences, and fostering a spirit of acceptance for those impacted by Microtia. Through educational content and advocacy, the foundation is committed to ensuring that no family feels isolated in their journey.
